The conditions in these buildings are horrific, rooms are 172 SQ ft in some buildings units are the width of your arms expanse and some walls painted black,

Infested bed bugs and roaches chronic because you need 100% compliance to exterminate and you won't with untreated mental illness resembling the snake pit, and drug addicts,

Noises all night no one can sleep, people breaking into your unit while you're in it, constant smoking, abusive thieving & management, cameras to spy and control not keep safe, some of the buildings smell like urine, feces, death, frequent suicides, ODs, deaths of despair and I believe murders. 

These buildings are not built for people's enjoyment, they're built like coffins and my clients bodies stored alive for occupancy and profits.

I believe my clients trapped, lose will to live and cope with drugs and OD, suicide to move out, or die of despair.  

This death Report was only for 8 months and over 7.35% of building wiped out. That's more than C19 & Fentanyl. That's not natural causes. Murders.

San Diego Housing Commission ended the death reports right here and never released it again.

October 2021. Father Joe's partnered with the City and converted old motels into singles and moved in individuals more vulnerable to COVID. 12 deaths in mere weeks. 

San Diego Housing Commission hid the deaths and the outcomes of this exercise which are supposed to be published public. I requested, demanded, no one will respond. 

I rationalized, they took ill people that sadly passed. Until I read about Chicago who did the identical venture with 0 deaths. Everyone thrived. Rejuvenation exercise and of course I found Chicagos outcomes published publicly. 

Homeless deaths in San Diego doubled right after Deacon Jim took over as CEO of Father Joe's and as leader of San Diego homelessness industry efforts, increased every year since.

SAN DIEGO DEATH RATES UNNATURAL

San Diego had 624 homeless deaths in 2023 and a population of 10,605 homeless. A 5.9% death rate.

LA city had only 900 deaths with 45,500 homeless and LA County 75,000 homeless and total 2000 deaths in 2023. That's not at all proportional.

San Diego is better weather, no smog and more tolerant.

Why is San Diego the death rate 0.06, 3-4X LA 0.016, San Francisco 0.02 Portland 0.02 Seattle 0.025?

A homeless serial killer? Absolutely. With corporate power. 

VENDOR DEATH #3 linked & Corruption

In January 2022, another Father Joe's Village linked death. Edi Canedo, a window washer fell to his death opening week of Teresa of Calcutta on 14th. What an omen?

I realize there are discrepancies between news stories. This says he fell 8 stories.

This is what actually happened, he fell 12 stories, scariest thing ever

Then what is San Diego Union Tribune reporting? He Fell from a 14 Ft scaffolding? It sounds like he's clumsy and fell 1 story. How did the length of the scaffolding make the editorial cut but not the height he fell from? This is corruption and explains why they haven't covered my Whistleblower.
